In 2008 Swamiji wrote 32 articles to ‘Kannada Prabha’ daily newspaper. These articles were published as a book titled ‘Dharma Deevige’. The book became so popular that all copies were sold out within six months. Therefore the same book will be reprinted and released on 16th December 2009.

“Shri Siddanta Shikhamani” is a main text on Veerashaiva philosophy. It’s also often called as Renuka Gita, because it’s a dialog of Jagadguru Renukacharya and Agastya Maharishi. Shri Siddanta Shikhamani tells about 6 sthalas (shatasthala), 5 acharas (panchachara) and 8 avaranas (ashtavarana).

I think it Is the first time in the History of Basava samiti of Australasia that celebration of anniversary of BSOA and Anzac Day on the same day.

Today you are celebrating Basava jayanti i.e. Birth anniversary of Basavanna in Australia organizing by BSOA since 15 years. It is obvious to know about Basvanna and his philosophy.

There is a saying ‘old patient is better than new doctor’. As an old patient knows the medicines better than a new doctor. Here I am a new Doctor you all are old patients. Because you know about Basavanna and his philosophy.
